Craig Etchegoyen, Founder
Leveraging years of entrepreneurial accomplishment with three successful technology start-ups, Craig leads all product strategy and intellectual property development for Uniloc. Previously, Craig founded and sold the Web portal, Senior Explorer, after co-founding Any Fax, Inc., the first Internet faxing software company.
Bradley C. Davis, Chief Executive Officer
With a strong track record of bringing early-stage companies into high-growth success, Brad has held executive positions in product development, marketing and sales for Boone Software, Boone International and DDG. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and attended Art Center College of Design.
David Norris, President
Mr. Norris is a dynamic senior executive and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building businesses and successful brands in markets around the world. David has a deep understanding of technology, extensive operational experience and a passion for building world-class brands.
Prior to joining Uniloc, Mr. Norris held numerous executive positions including: Founder, Chairman and CEO of OnRequest Images, Founder, Chairman and CEO of ObjectSpace, CEO of Xcel Tech and VP and General Manager at Casco Signal Ltd..
Mr. Norris has won various awards, including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, the Inc. 500 and The Software 500. He supports a number of charities including LiveStrong and Wipe-Out Kids Cancer. Mr. Norris also sits on a number of boards and is a senior advisor to a number of emerging technology companies.
Michael Lin, Chief Financial Officer
Michael was previously Vice President of Finance and Strategic Planning and Board Member at Fast Search & Transfer, which was acquired by Microsoft in April 2008. He was responsible for financial oversight and due diligence for the acquisition. In addition, he led financial evaluations and due diligence on multiple acquisition negotiations and a number of joint ventures with global 500 companies. During his tenure there the company grew from $30 million in revenues to over $200 million, and from 100 employees to over 850.
James Brentano, Vice President of Product Management
James is responsible for defining and executing the company's product strategy. Prior to Uniloc, James held executive product, technology and sales positions at Intraware (now Flexera) and at Workshare Technology. James also held senior technical positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Pacific Bell (now AT&T). James holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley and MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
Frank Rodorigo, Vice President of Business Development
Frank was the co-founder, CEO and President of Valtech USA. He also served on Valtech's France-based board of directors, supporting all IPO activities, international acquisitions and capital-raise activities resulting in a $1.4 billion public valuation over a three-year period. Before his time at Valtech, Frank was involved in the launch of six start-up companies.
John Sherrod, SVP, Strategic Partner Development
John is responsible for channel development, partner programs and acquisitions. With a history that includes founding and selling four venture-backed companies - Encisive, Clareos, Solution Point and Carestream, John is a dynamic leader with strategic and operational expertise. John serves on various boards, both for-profit and non-profit, and is an advisor to many early stage venture capitalist concerning emerging technology trends and opportunities. John supports a number of charities, from the Arthritis Foundation to the Heroes Foundation.
