IRVINE, Calif. - May 11, 2009 - Uniloc USA, Inc., the leader in device-based authentication solutions, today announced the availability of NetAnchor^TM, a unique solution designed specifically to control access to systems and information particularly in industries designated as critical infrastructure, including water, power, oil and gas, chemicals and transportation.

Organizations and industries designated as critical infrastructure require security solutions that prevent the disruption of mission-critical applications and protect valued assets. The situation is compounded for these organizations due to industrial control systems that operate differently from sector to sector and from standard IT systems. NetAnchor provides strong authentication using the patented Uniloc Physical Device Recognition (PDR) technology to grant authorized access to systems and communications networks with minimal overhead.
