The spirit of innovation is alive and well at Uniloc.

Uniloc’s story mirrors an American theme seen over and over during the last few decades: a company that is discovering, growing and innovating technology that is changing the way people live.

Uniloc is in the business of finding big ideas. In the device recognition space, for example, we believe that we have uncovered a billion dollar market. We have focused on technology that is incredibly complex to develop, but elegantly simple to execute. And it fits our straightforward development model. Look at many ideas. Pick an outstanding one. Patent it. Commercialize it. Reap the rewards.

The device recognition space is particularly exciting for us. As content became more available online, and broadband penetration increased, we saw a pretty clear need to protect content theft by tying downloads to individual computers and electronic devices. And with the proliferation of Internet connected devices worldwide we became quite excited about leading the way in what we think will be a very large market for both device recognition and device reputation. It’s a superior way to identify and protect transactions of all kinds.

Uniloc is not a huge company in the number of people we employ. But we hope to make a huge impact on the way people live and the way companies operate. Innovation doesn’t need a big team to thrive, just the right team. And we think we have it here at Uniloc.
